PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We may offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we may not be able to change it once the order has been shipped.

Scruvo Clean is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at srubberfast@gmail.com and we will assist you.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ScruvoClean.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address entered for an order. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

We can provide tracking and carrier information upon request.
